摘要
目的 :评价99mTc MDP骨显像诊断激素致鸡股骨头缺血性坏死的价值。方法 :将 6月龄公鸡 38只 ,随机分为对照组 (A ,8只 )和实验组 (B ,30只 ) ,A组正常喂养 ,B组在正常喂养基础上给予肌内注射强的松 ,每次 5mg/kg ,每周 1次 ,共 10周。第 2 3周 ,B组存活 2 0只 ,将B组再分为未治疗组 (B1)和治疗组 (B2 ) ,每组 10只。B2组行双侧股骨头多孔髓芯减压术治疗 ,B1组未进行任何治疗处理。第 2 3、36周A组、B组分别行99mTc MDP骨显像。第 36周将鸡处死 ,取股骨头进行病理检查。对第 2 3、36周骨显像进行定量分析 ,在股骨头 (H)及胫骨干中部(T)分别勾画等大感兴趣区 ,计算各组的H/T值 ( x±s)。 结果 :第 2 3周H/T值 ,A组为 5 .73± 0 .5 3,B1组为 7.35± 1.39,B2组为 7.36± 1.74 ,A组低于B1、B2组 ,P <0 .0 5。第 36周 ,A组为 5 .81± 0 .5 8,B1组为 7.6 8± 1.5 0 ,B2组为 6 .30± 0 .73,B2组低于B1组 ,P <0 .0 5 ,B2组与A组间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。B1组第 2 3周与 36周比较 ,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;B2组两次间差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,第 36周低于第 2 3周。结论
Aim: To evaluate 99m Tc MDP bone imaging in diagnosing the steroid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head in cocks. Methods: A total of 38 cocks of 6 months old were randomly allocated into control group (A) of 8, and experimental group (B) of 30. Group A was fed normally. Group B was fed normally too, besides, they were injected intramuscularly weekly with prednisone, 5mg/kg for 10 weeks. At the 23rd week, there were 20 survivors in group B. They were allocated into untreated group (B1,) and treated group (B2), 10 for each group. The multiple core decompression was performed bilaterally in group B2. Group B1 had no treatment. At the 23rd week and the 36th week, 99m Tc MDP bone imaging was performed on group A,B1,and B2 respectively. Regions of interest (ROI) were drawn on the femoral head (H) and the middle of tibia (T).H/T( ±s )for each group was calculated. Results: At the 23rd week, H/T of group A, B1 and B2 were 5.73±0.53, 7.35±1.39 and 7.36± 1.74 ,respectively. H/T of group A was lower than those of group B1 and B2 ( P <0.05). At the 36th week, H/T of group A, B1,and B2 were 5.81±0.58, 7.68±1.50 and 6.30± 0.73 ,respectively. H/T of group B2 was lower than that of B1 ( P <0.05).No significant difference was found between group A and B2 at the 36th week ( P >0.05). H/T of group B2 was lower at the 23rd week than that at the 36th week ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: 99m Tc MDP bone imaging is suitable for recognition of the steroid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head and the effects of core decompression.
