摘要
本文通过双盲法,利用免疫酶组化染色新技术,重新观察了腺病毒肺炎的肺组织及淋巴结组织切片,并根据一定的方法判定肺炎性质及淋巴结功能,对取得的结果进行了统计学处理。结果表明:肺炎性质和淋巴结功能之间存在正相关关系,即:随着淋巴结功能的增强,肺炎的病变程度加重。这就为腺病毒肺炎的病变发生机理研究提供了形态学上的依据,并为临床上腺病毒肺炎的防治提供了实验及理论依据。
Using the technique of immunoenzyme staining and double blind method, the lung and lymph node tissues in adenovirus pneumonia were re- observed. The types of pneumonia and the function of lymph nodes were determined according to certain rules, and all information obtained was analysed statistically. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between types of pneumonia and function of the lymph nodes, i. e. , the more increasing the function of the lymph nodes, the more serious the intrapulmonary damage . This provides a morphological basis for study on the mechanism of adenovirus pneumonia, and also an experimental and theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of this disease.
