摘要
目的:探讨该院1997～2001年新生儿致死原因。方法:对5年来68例住院新生儿死亡率及死因进行回顾性分析。结果:致死原因主要与早产、低体重、新生儿窒息等有关。结论:加强围产期保健及宣教,提高产科质量,加强危重新生儿监护是降低新生儿死亡率的关键。
Objective: To probe into the death cause of newborns hospitalized from 1997 to 2001 .Method: The fatality rate and death cause of 68 hospitalized newborns were retrospectively analysed. Results: The main cause of death was concerned with the premature delivery, low weight, neonatorum apnea, etc . Conclusion: The key to reducing the death rate of newborn is to strengthen health care and education during perinatal period,enhance the delivery quality,and intensify the medical management of the newborns with serious symptom.
