摘要
本文通过对56例慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清FT_3、FT_4、TT_3、TT_4、rT_3和TSH的测定,对该病患者的甲状腺功能状态进行研究,并对20例同年龄组健康人对照。结果显示慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者血清TT_3、TT_4较对照组明显减少;FT_3、FT_4无明显改变;rT_3及TSH有所增高。提示COPD患者甲状腺激素分泌量有一定程度减少(仍在正常范围内),并且存在着外周转换异常。血清FT_3、FT_4水平与正常对照组比较无明显差异,说明该病患者没有甲状腺功能减退。
The thyroid function in 56 Patients with COPD was studied through assay of serum levels of free thyroid hormone (FT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), total thyroid hormone (TT4), total tri-iodothyronine (TT3), reverse triiodothyronine (rT3) and TSH. In these 56 patients with COPD, 43 cases were accomponied by Cor pulmonale, and 20 normal persons were grouped as the controls. The serum TT4 and TT3 levels were lower in patients with COPD than those in the control group, the serum rT3 and TSH levels were slightly increased in patients with COPD. These results suggest that secretion of thyroid hormone was decreased in some degree, and that abnormal peripheral conversion of the thyroid hormone existed, but serum FT3 and FT4 levels were not decreased in patients with COPD, showing that thyroid function in patients with COPD were not reduced.
