摘要
种植碱茅草能降低草甸盐土土壤合盐量,改善土壤结构,增加速效养分的释放,促进土壤中微生物活动,使土壤微生物总菌量增加,尤其对细菌数量的增加作用最为明显。氨化生理群、硝化生理群、反硝化生理群、自生固氮生理群、芽孢生理群微生物数量均有不同程度增加,其中以氨化生理群占优势。各生理群微生物具有季节性变化和垂直分布的特点。
Planting alkaligrass can reduce salinity of meadow saline soil grassland,im- prove soil structure,increase release nutrient,promote microbe activity in soil.The sum to- tal microbe,in especia the sum of bacteria,rise notably.The experimental data indicated that the sum of the ammonificator physiological group,nitrobacteria physiological group, denitrobacteria physiological group,azotobacter physiological group,spore bacteria physiogical group add differently.The ammonificator is predonciate in these physiological groups.The seasonal characteristic and the distribution of soil depth of steppe soil microrgarism have specified regularity.
