吞噬凋亡细胞研究新进展

摘要 从线虫到哺乳动物 ,吞噬细胞对凋亡细胞的识别与吞噬具有进化保守性 ,目前发现 ,有 7种吞噬基因编码吞噬蛋白参与这一过程的主动调控。吞噬基因的突变可以改变细胞凋亡的进程 ,甚至可以逃避吞噬而存活 。
