摘要
通过对61名儿童服铁前后智测结果分析,发现学龄前儿童补铁后语言智商(IQ)、操作智商及总智商均有显著提高;分项中多项计分显著提高,而算术、动物下蛋、图画填充、视觉分析4项差异不显著。幼儿组总发育商(DQ)与各能区DQ均未显示差异。结果提示铁营养有利于儿童多方面能力提高,但对某些能力并无积极作用,对语言能力影响似优于操作能力。同时认为铁对智能影响能否测出与所采用方法是否敏感有关。在选用的2种方法中,韦氏学前智能量表法能显示差异,而盖泽尔智能量表法不够敏感。
Development quotient (DQ) of 30 toddlers and intelligence quotient (IQ) of 31 preschool children before and after iron—feeding were determined. The Total IQ language IQ and operation IQ were higher. After feeding scores of most items increased significantly except 4 items (laying eggs, maths, filling picture vacancies and analysies of vision). Of the toddlers group DQ remained unchanged. It suggests that iron nutrition can promote intelligence and many kinds of abilities of children but not several other abilities. The influence of iron on language seems to be better than on operation abitility. Between 2 methods used, WPPSI is more sensible than Gesell.
