摘要
对安徽省巢湖市1972例50岁以上农民进行调查,结果表明,在50岁以上的农民中有21.35%患有高血压,其中单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)占51.54%,ISH的患病率为11.00%。ISH的患病率随年龄增加而上升,非单纯收缩期高血压(NISH)变化则不大。女性ISH患病率高于男性,NISH患病率无性别差异。两类高血压在年龄、性别分布上均存在显著差异。研究提示,ISH是50岁以上人群中的常见病、多发病,且是不同于NISH的一种综合征。
Blood pressures were measured in 1972 peasants over 50 years of age in Chaohu county, Anhui province. The morbidity of hypertension among the peasants was 21.35%, and 51.54% of the patients was isolated systolic hypertension (ISH), whose morbidity was 11.00%. The morbidity of ISH increased with age, but non—isolated systolic hypertension (NISH) varied little. The morbidity of ISH was higher in females than males, but no significant difference of NISH between females and males. The distributions of two type hypertensions in both age and sex were significant different. The study indicated that ISH was a common disease in elderly persons, and which differed from NISH.
