摘要
目的 评价经尿道前列腺电汽化术 (TUVP)治疗高龄患者良性前列腺增生 (BPH)症的疗效。方法 对 82例 75～ 96岁高龄BPH患者施行TUVP ,并于术后 3、6、12个月进行随访。结果 术后随访 3、6、12个月 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)分别为 10 .2、6 .4及 5 .2分 ;生活质量评分 (QOL)为 2 .8、2 .1及 1.8分 ;最大尿流率(Qmax) 12 .7、16 .6及 18.2ml/s;残余尿量各项评估指标手术前后比较经统计学检验有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 TUVP疗效确切、安全、易于掌握 ,是解除BPH引起的下尿路梗阻和提高高龄BPH患者生活质量的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the trans utethral electro vaporization of prostate(TUVP),a method for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods TUVP was performed on 82 BPH cases of 75～96 years old.All patients were followed up at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation.Results At the 3 month,6 month and 12 month follow up visit,the average IPSS of patients dropped from 28.2 before the operation to 10.2,6.4 and 5.2 respectively;the QOL decreased from 4.3 to 2.8,2.1 and 1.8;the Qmax increased from 4.6ml/s to 12.7ml/s,16.6ml/s and 18.2ml/s;the residual urine volume reduced from 98.0ml to 30.1ml,15.0ml and 11.2ml( P <0.01).Conclusions TUVP is an effective and safe method for elderly BPH patients.It is easy to perform TUVP can relieve the low urinary tract obstruction caused by BPH and improve the life quality.
