摘要
以 Map Info为平台 ,采用 GIS( Geographic Information System)和 GPS( Global Positioning System)相结合的方法开发了智能交通系统 ,具体方法是应用 Map Info软件 ,设计并制作了一幅包含多层数据 (道路交通设置情况、商业点等 )的矢量电子地图 ,再使用 Map Info的二次开发工具 Map Basic编写了监控服务程序。该程序除完成数据交换外 ,还创建了一个动态图层 ,透明叠加在监控电子地图上 ,将目标定位数据可视化于该图层 ,进行实时更新 ,实现了对多目标的动态监控和实时显示 ;同时利用 VB( Visual Basic)编写通信服务程序 ,实现 GPS接收机的数据采集 ,以及与计算机之间的通信 ;并与其他 Microsoft Windows下的用户程序进行动态数据交换 ,从而使 Map Info等地理信息系统软件可通过该通信软件调用 GPS数据 ,达到动态实时显示和监控的目的。
The Intelligent communication systems is developed by GIS(Geograph Information System) and GPS(Global Positioning System). Based on MapInfo release plat, this technique plots a vector electrical map including multi-layers data (including traffic situations and business sites,etc). Monitor service program is developed by using second development tools of MapInfo.It not only acomplishes data swamp, but also builds a dynamic layer transparently superimposed on the monitor electrical map.It can visualize the objective location data on the Layer, implement real-time updating, realize real-time representation and dynamic monitoring towards multiple objectives, develop communication service programs by Visual Basic, realize data acquisition of GPS receivers, and communicate among computers,swamp the data dynamically among the user programs of microsoft Windows. Therefore, the GIS software such as Mapnfo can call for GPS data by communication software, to realize dynamic and real-time representation and monitor.
