摘要
池鹭、家鸡、家鸭是常见的鸟类,具有重要的经济价值和科研意义。本实验对这三种鸟的新鲜卵的卵清和卵黄部分用 PAGE(聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳)法对其中的 EST(酯酶)同工酶酶谱进行了测定研究,并用 CS—910双波段扫描仪进行了扫描。
Gallus domesticus,Anas sp.,Ardeola bacchus are common eatable birds.The test determined their albumin and yolk and its esferase isozyme en- zyme pattern with polyacrglamide gel electrophoresis and scanner cs—910 we can know electropherogram.
