摘要
天仙子(Hyoscyamus niger)胚珠为薄珠心胚珠。直线形大孢子四分体,合点端大孢子有功能,三次核分裂的单孢子胚囊类型(蓼型)。胚的发育为茄型。核型胚乳。胚乳游离核达30个左右时形成细胞。
The ovule of Hyoscyamus niger is renuinullceate. The first one towards the chalazal end of four megaspores that are arranged in one row is functional. Development of the embryo sac and endosperm belong to the three-phasic monosporic type (Polygonum type)and the nuclear type, respectively. endosperm nuclei remain free until 30 or so.
