摘要
本文对石榴筒状花和钟状花花蕾期花瓣、花药和子房中的过氧化物酶同工酶等生化指标进行了分析,结果表明:筒状花子房的过氧化物酶同工酶活性比钟状花的强;而花药则相反;筒状花子房中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和核酸含量皆显著高于钟状花。作者推测,钟状花的形成与营养供给不足有着直接的关系。
The peroxidase isozymes in the petals, anthers and ovaries of pomegranate cylindric and trumpet-shaped flowers were analysed at the begining of bloom by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The characterastics of peroxidase isozymes zymogram in different organs of the two kinds of flowers were studied. It was discovered that the activation of peroxidase isozymes in the ovaries of cylindric flowers Was stronger than that in the ovaries of trumpet-shaped flowers, and on the contrary, the activation of peroxidase isozymes in the anthers of cylindric flowers was weaker than that in the anthers of trumpet-shaped flowers.
The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and nucleic acid in the ovaries of the two kinds of flowers were tested. It was showed that the contents of these biochemical substances in the ovaries of cylindric frowers were all highter than those in ovaries of trumpet-shaped flowers. The authers infered the fomation of trumpet-shaped flowers might be related to the deficiency of nutrient supply directly.
