在蛋鸡体内输卵管峡部、子宫部平滑肌浆膜下埋藏电极,记录其电活动。结果表明:1)蛋鸡输卵管峡部、子宫部平滑肌电活动有慢波、单快波和爆发波三种波型。2)开产蛋鸡与未开产蛋鸡慢波活动的频率无显著性差异,但幅值有显著性差异;开产蛋鸡单位时间内(/min)单快波的峰电位数和累加幅值均显著高于未开产蛋鸡;爆发波仅出现于开产蛋鸡。3)同步记录结果显示,单快波和爆发波的活动强度(峰电位数/min;总幅值/min)子宫部显著高于峡部,而慢波则两者无显著差异。4)在排卵过程中,子宫部和峡部快波活动的幅值均呈双峰曲线的变化规律。5)鸡产蛋时,爆发波有从输卵管峡部向子宫部移行扩布的现象。
Myoelectrical activity of isthmus and uterus in laying-hen was investigated in vivo by means of implanting bipolar eletrodes under the tuniea serosa. The results are as follows: 1) There axe 3 types of isthmus and uterus myoelectrical activity: slow waves, single and burst spike potential. 2) There was no difference of the frequency between laying—hen and pre—laying—hen, but the amplitude of slow waves showed significant differences; Single spike potential was found in both laying—hen and pre—laying—hen. However, the number of spike per minute and gross amplitude per minute presented significant differences (p<0.05, p<0.01) and even more significant for laying—hen. Burst spike potential was found in laying—hen only. 3) In the same condition, the frequency and amplitude of slow waves simultancously recorded showed no significant difference (p>0.05) between isthmus and uterus. The number of spike per minute and gross amplitude per minute of spike potential on uterus were significantly high (p<0.05) as compared with those of isthmus. 4) The amplitude of spike potential showed regular changes during ovulation. Myoelectrical activity was stronger when egg went into fimbrias tube; The minimum activity occured when egg was transported into albumen secreting part; The activity increasd when egg went into inthmus; The maximum activity appeared during parturition, then decreased thereafter. The changes paralleled between isthmus and uterus (r=0.956). 5) Cauded migrating of burst spike potential was recorded during laying.
