摘要
目的:探索哺乳类动物的坐骨神经传导速度的直接测量方法。方法:制备离体大鼠的坐骨神经干标本,利用BL-310生物信号处理系统测量其传导速度。结果:正常大鼠离体坐骨神经干动作电位传导速度约为35m/s。
Objective: To study measuring method for mammalia抯 sciatic nerve conduction velocity. Method: The specimen of sciatic nerve of rats was prepared and its conduction velocity in biotic signal processing system of BL-310. Results: The conduction velocity of rat抯 sciatic nerve is about thirty-five meters per second.
