摘要
目的:探讨丹参酮对大鼠神经干细胞对缺氧、自由基损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用细胞培养法,以新生24h内大鼠海马神经干细胞为研究对象,制备缺氧、氧自由基损伤模型,观察神经干细胞损伤后变化,MTT比色法测定OD值。结果:丹参酮对缺氧损伤、氧自由基损伤均有保护作用。在同等剂量条件下,丹参酮对缺氧损伤保护作用强。结论:丹参酮对神经干细胞缺氧、氧自由基损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: To explore the protective effect of tanshinone on rat neural stem cell (NSC) affected by hypoxia and oxidant, and explore the mechanism. Methods: Set up a model of NSC of newborn rat hippocampus damaged by hypoxia and oxidant. Observe the morphological change of NSC damaged and determine OD value by means of MTT colorimetric method. Results: Tanshinone has protective effect on both hypoxia damage and oxidant damage. Tanshinone has more protective effect on hypoxia damage than on oxidant damage at the same dose. Conclusion: Tanshinone can protect the NSC damaged by hypoxia and oxidant.
