涂层与钢液界面反应的探讨

摘要 利用X衍射、岩相分析、扫描电镜、电子探针和能谱等手段,对涂层与钢液的界面反应进行了探讨。认为界面反应及其产物对铸钢件的清理难易及表面粗糙度有很大影响。指出粘土砂大中型碳钢件的粘砂基本上属于化学粘砂,且粘砂层很薄。实验研究表明,铝钒土和石英粉以一定比例搭配用作涂料骨料比单独使用效果较佳。 In this paper, x-ray diffractometer, polarization microscope,scanning electron microscope, electron probe, energy spectrometer have been used toexpose the interfacial reactions between mould coatings and liquid steel. It isfound out that the interfacial reaction and its products have great influence oncleaning-off and surface finish of steel castings. And it is pointed out that the pen-etrations of heavy or medium heavy carbon steel castings made by clay sand mou-lds are generally chemical penetrations and the penetration layers are very thin. Itis proved that a alumina and silica powder mixture with a proper mixture ratiois better than when they are used respectively as a coating filler.
