摘要
解决劳动争议日益增多问题的重要途径之一 ,是加强对《劳动法》的学习和正确理解。由于劳动法律大量以法规甚至国家政策的形式存在 ,所以受众不易掌握。本文就《劳动法》的适用范围的排除、事实劳动关系、劳动者违约时培训费的支付、竞业限制、最低工资、劳动争议等问题 。
One of the important ways to solve labor conflicts which are becoming more and more nowadays is to strengthen the study and understanding to lobar law . It is uneasy for people to master labor law , because it is existed mostly in the form of law documents or even policies. This article tells right from confused comprehension in the reality on these problems such as the excluding area of labor law , true labor relationship , the payment of train on the condition of labor violating contracts , the limitation of competition trade , the lowest wage and labor conflicts.
