摘要
改善水玻璃砂的溃散性是推广水玻璃砂的一个重要问题。作者通过正交试验研制成D—1型水玻璃砂溃散剂。应用这种溃散剂可以改善水玻璃砂的气硬性、表面稳定性和溃散性。此外,这种溃散剂可保持型砂的使用寿命,且成本低,具有明显的技术经济效益。
Improving the collapsibility of sodium silicate sand is a important problem for developing sodium silicate sand. A D-1 type breakdown agent for sodium silicate sand has been devepoped by passing the orthogonl tests, The breakdown agent developed applies to improving the CO. gas hardened property, surface stabilization and collapsibility of sodium silicate bonded sand. In addition, it can retain the durability of sodium silicate sand and it's cost is low. Therefore, it's application will obtain tangible technological and economical effects.
