摘要
研究了一种Windows环境下的联合站油水分离过程集成的人机界面 监控与数据采集系统 ,包括流程显示、参数监测、历史趋势、报警记录、参数修改、数字滤波、数据采集等模块 ,能够收集、查阅、存储、控制和管理控制过程的各种基本信息 .结合工业控制的特点 ,提出了“自治函数”和“响应函数”的概念 ,应用在几十个工控过程中 ,从根本上解决了弱时间条件下的定时数据采集对多任务的依赖 .控制系统投运后 ,联合站沉降脱水压力和电脱水压力稳定在 0 .2 5~ 0 .35MPa之间 ,外输油含水控制在 0 .15%~ 0 .2 0 % .
We have studied a compositive man\|machine interface/supervise and control system using joint station to separate oil and water. It includes flow\|process display, parameter supervise, history trend, alarm note, parameter modification, figure sieve\|wave and data gathering module. It can collect, consult, memorize, control and manage all kinds of basic information. Combining its characteristics of industrial control, we provide the concept of 'autonomy function' and 'respond function' and apply it to many industry control process to settle basical timing data collection to depend on multi\|task under ebb\|time condition. Afer applying control system, joint station pressure of subside dehydrate and pressure of power dehydrate ranges from 0.25~0.35 MPa, wate content of extarnal oil transportation is 0.15 %~0.20%. It satisfies the need of field operation.
