摘要
由于直接测量围压下的岩石可钻性级值条件还不成熟 ,因此现场在优选钻头、钻井设计时习惯采用常压下的可钻性级值 ,这与实际相差较大 .为此 ,建立了用岩石物理性质表示的常压下岩石可钻性级值模型 ,并在试验的基础上 ,确定了围压与岩石的物理力学性质关系 ,进而建立了围压下岩石的可钻性级值计算模型 ,并进行了实例计算 .结果表明 ,3MPa下岩石的可钻性级值要比常压下的可钻性级值约高 0 .6 .故而 ,可把围压下的岩石可钻性级值作为优选钻头和钻井设计的依据 .
It is difficult to measure the rock drillability with the enclosing pressure.The difference between the rock drillability in atmosphere and in enclosing pressure is extremely large, So the rock dillability in atmosphere doesn't meet the demand of the practical engineering.Based on indoor experiment results, the model about the relationship between rock drillability and mechanical properties is established. By the use of mechanical properties in enclosing pressure, the rock drillability in enclosing pressure can be determined.The practical application indicates that this problem can be solved by this method.
