摘要
本文利用自制的高温磨损装置,研究5 CrMnMo钢B-Al共渗,B-Zr共渗及渗硼层的高温滑动磨损特性。结果表明,上述渗层的高温滑动磨损机理主要有疲劳剥落、磨粒磨损、氧化磨损和涂抹粘附,并对导致这些磨损机制的原因进行了讨论分析。
In this paper, the authors investigated the high temperaturesliding wear characteristics of boron-aluminizing, boron-zirconizing and boroniz-ing cases of 5 CrMnMo steel by means of a high temperature sliding wear testingdevice by made ourself. It has been shown that the fatigue-spalling, abrasivewear, oxidation and daubing adhesion are the main high temperature sliding wearmechanisms of these cases. Furthermore, the authors analyzed the reasons produ-cing these mechanisms.
