摘要
研究微波煅烧碱式碳酸锌制取氧化锌的工艺过程。试验结果表明 ,影响煅烧过程的主要因素为煅烧时间 ,其次为物料量和微波功率。最佳条件为微波功率 3 5 0W、煅烧时间 10min、物料量 6g。碱式碳酸锌的分解率可达 98 95 %。
The process of the basic zinc carbonate calcination to zinc oxide by microwave heating is investigated The results indicate that the dominant factor for effect of basic zinc carbonate decomposition is calcination time, then the mass of the basic zinc carbonate and microwave power The optimum condition is in 350W microwave power, 10 min calcination time, 6 g basic zinc carbonate The maximum decomposition rate of basic zinc carbonate is up to 98 95%
