摘要
指出挤压铸造比压是影响晶粒尺寸的主要因素之一 ,分析了晶粒尺寸与合金状态图、热力学及动力学之间的关系。阐述了挤压铸造比压对形核率及成长线速度的影响。
The specific pressure is one of the key factors influencing grain size in squeeze casting. The relationship of the grain size with the alloy phase diagram, thermo\|dynamics as well as kinetics was analyzed. Effects of the specific pressure on nucleation rate and linear growth velocity were expounded in squeeze casting. The specific pressure and other technical parameters for various part materials in squeeze casting were listed.
