摘要
研究了稀土变质处理对普通白口铸铁、低铬白口铸铁和高铬白口铸铁凝固过程、金相组织和机械性能的影响。经稀土变质处理后的白口铸铁在凝固过程中的过冷度增大,细化了初生奥氏体枝晶和改善了碳化物的形态,同时白口铸铁性能在不同程度上得到了提高。
In this paper, the influence of rare earth modification on thesolidification process, the microstructure and mechanical properties of commonand low and high chromium white cast iron were investigated. The test resuetsshowed that after rare earth modification, the degree of undercooling of whitecast iron was increased during the solidification process, the primary austenitedendrites were refined and the morphology of carbide was improved. At the ametime, the properties of white cast iron were increased in different degree.
