摘要
在现代教育技术条件下,要提高教育、教学的质量和效益,教师除了作为知识的传播者、教学过程的组织者和管理者这些传统角色外,还要担当课程开发者、教学设计者、学生学习指导者、教学评价者、学生品德示范者、教学合作者、学习者和教育研究者的角色。
Under the condition of modern education technology, in order to increase the educational, teachingquality and benefit, a teacher, besides its traditional roles of spreading knowledge, organizing andmanaging the teaching process, must play the roles of courses creator, teaching designer, director ofstudents' learning, teaching, commentator, moral example of students, teaching cooperator, learnerand education researcher.
