摘要
目的 :探索变速肢体延长与肌肉损伤的关系。方法 :用日本大耳白兔建立肢体急性短缩后再延长的动物实验模型 ,通过肌肉病理及肌肉生物力学实验观察不同延长方案对肌肉的影响。结果 :肌肉的组织病理学和生物力学两个方面的实验结果均显示在肢体延长的不同阶段根据肌肉的张力状态的不同相应调整延长速率可以明显减轻肌肉损伤。结论 :变速延长方法较好地解决了肢体急性短缩后再延长过程中的肌肉损伤问题 ,实验显示变速延长方法优于传统的匀速延长方法。
Objective: To find out the relationship between the method of limb lengthening in varying rates and muscle injury.Metods:Japanese white rabbits were used to establish tibia lengthening models.Seventy five rabbits aged 3 months were divided into three groups equally.Group I was lengthened in the rate of 1.0mm/d;Group Ⅱ was lengthened in the rate of 0.5mm/d;Group Ⅲwas lengthened in varying rates,losing tension period:1.5mm/d;Normal tension period:1.0mm/d;High tension period:0.5mm/d.All animals were sacrificed when lengthening had finished.The effect of distraction to gastrocnemius muscles was observed by histopathological and biomechanic methods.Results:The experiment showed that muscle injury of Group Ⅲ was much lighter than other two groups.Conclusions:The method of lengthening in varying rates is a better solution to the problem of muscle injury during limb lengthening.
