摘要
本文报告用CM和DEAE纤维素离子交换层析从猪胰脏分离出对胰蛋白酶有特异性抑制作用的抑制剂。对该抑制剂的热稳定性,抑制作用的pH范围,分子量及氦基酸组成等进行了分析研究。
In this paper the isolation and identification of trypsin inhibitors from porcine pancreas by CM-and DEAE-Cellulose ion exchange chromatography have been reported.Hot stability,pH range,molecular weight and amino acid composition of the inhibitors were analysed.
