摘要
遗嘱继承制度是继承制度的重要组成部分 ,而遗嘱执行人制度又是遗嘱继承制度中的重要内容。我国《继承法》虽原则上规定了遗嘱执行人制度 ,但太过笼统 ,对遗嘱执行人的产生、地位、条件及权利义务等问题进行研究和探讨将有利于我国遗嘱执行人制度的发展。
To develop and protect the Institution of Executors in our country,this paper intends to discuss the emergence and requirements of executors,and also their position,rights and resrponsibilities.
