摘要
目的 观察前列腺素E1 对糖尿病性周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法 将 4 3例受试对象分为观察组 ( 2 3例 )和对照组 ( 2 0例 ) ,对照组应用VB1 2 0mg、VB62 0mg、ATP 2 0mg ,3/d ,VB1 2 50 0 μg肌肉注射 ,丹参注射液 2 0ml+NS 2 50ml静滴 ,1/d。观察组在对照组基础上加用前列腺素E1 2 0 0 μg +NS 50 0ml静滴 ,1/d。疗程均为 4周。观察记录临床症状、血糖、肌电图变化等。 结果 经统计学分析 ,两组疗效及观察组前后疗效均差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 前列腺素E1
Objective To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E1 on diabetic neuropathies. Methods 43 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(23 cases) and control group (20 cases). The control group were treated with VB 1 20mg VB 6 20mg Atp 20mg, three times per day, VB 12 500 ug intramuscularly and Danshen injection 20ml solved NS 250ml intravenously one time every day. The treatment group were treated with prostaglandin E 1 200 ug in NS 500ml intravenously every day in addition. Each course lasted four weeks. Observe and record the fasting blood glue and changes of electromyography. Results By analysis of the statistics, distinct differences were shown between the two groups before and after the treatment. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 on diabetic neuropathies have distinct effect compared with traditional treatment.
