摘要
目的 评价早期氩绿激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法 对 32例 ( 33眼 )病程≤ 1个月且渗漏点位于乳斑束及黄斑无血管区以外的病灶进行氩绿激光直接光凝 ,观察其疗效。结果 治疗 1周后 2 3眼 ( 6 9.7% )视力上升 ,6周后 33眼痊愈 ,其中 31眼 ( 93.9% )视力≥ 1.0。结论 早期氩绿激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 ,安全有效 ,可以缩短病程 ,保护视功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of early argon green laser photocoagulation for central serous choroidoretinopathy. Methods Argon green laser photocoagulation was directed at 32cases (33eyes), whose exudative points were outside the foveal avascular zone and papillomacular bundle. The course of disease was within 1 month. The effects of treatment were observed. Results All the cases were cured in 6 weeks and the visual acuity of 23 eyes (69.7%) was improved in 1 week and that of 31eyes (93.9%) was over 1.0. Conclusions The early argon green laser photocoagulation for central serous choroidoretinopathy is safe and effective, which can shorten the course of disease and protect the visual function.
