摘要
恩施自治州地处山区 ,其水力资源丰富 ,早在 2 0世纪 70年代 ,大力发展和开发水电站 ,但这些电站容量小 ,自动化程度极差 .为了适应恩施自治州电力事业的发展 ,根据恩施自治州的实情有必要对这些小容量的电站进行改造 。
Enshi Autonomous Prefecture lies in mountain area and is abundant in hydroelectric resources. In the early 70s,many small-sized hydropower stations were developed and exploited. But their capacities are very small and their automation degrees are below the mark. In order to follow the development of electrical industry in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture, it's necessary to transform these hydropower stations, so that they can operate safely and reliably.
