复方氨基酸口服液成份分析

摘要 用酸水解动物蛋白提制的复方氨基酸口服液,经药理及临床应用证明,有促进儿童生长发育的作用,对贫血、胎儿宫内发育迟缓有显著疗效。本实验用Locarte M K4 氨基酸分析仪进行氨基酸测定,结果表明含有17种氨基酸。用原子吸收光谱进行15种微量元素分析,结果表明本品含有Fe(288ppm)、Zn(1.105ppm)、Mn(2.61ppm)、Cu、Co、Ni、Sn、Sr等8种人体必需的微量元素。氨基酸可做为Fe、Zn等多种元素吸收的载体,提高其吸收利用率,当人体必需的微量元素与氨基酸结合后能产生独特的生物学作用,特殊的生理功能及高度的生化效应,促进儿童生长发育。本品含Cd与Pb的量很小,服用是安全的,用放射免疫法测定9种激素水平,HCG(13.9Mlu/ml),LH(14.0Mlu/ml),FSH(6.6Mlu/ml)提示儿童服用的剂量与疗程的长短应适当控制。是否会引起性早熟的问题,值得进一步探讨。 The compound amino acid liquid extrated from animal protein by acid hydrolysis has been proved to be effective in promoting the growth of children, and notable curative effect has been found in treating children with anaemia and fetus who grow slowly in the womb. The experiment is conducted with the help of the Locarte MK 4 Amino Acid Analysis Instrument. the result shows that the compound amino acid liquid contains seventeen kinds of amino acid. With the method of atomic absorbtion spectrum, fifteen kinds of trace elements are analysed. The result shows that the liquid contains Fe (284ppm) Zn(1.105ppm), Mn(2.61ppm), Cu, Co, Ni, Sn, Sr and some other trace elements wnich are necessary for human body. Amino acid can be used as the carrier of Fe, Zn and some other elements and promotes their rate of absorbtion. When the required trace elements are combined with amino acip, particular biological function, special physiological function and highly biochemical effection, special physiological function and hig- hly biochemical effect are found, which help to promote the growth of children. The product contains little Cd and Pb, it is safe to take it. Nine hormone standards are tested by immunoradiometry, the result shows that there are HCG (13.9MIu/ml), LH(14.0MIu/ml) and FSH(6.6 MIu/ml) in the liquid, which means that the dose and the course of treatment for children should be properly controlled. Whether the liquid will cause sexual precocity is needed to be studied further.
