本文介绍了在保护剂存在下,通过过甲酸氧化,再以盐酸水解,在50分钟的分析循环时间内准确地分析17种氨基酸及三种含硫氨基酸衍生物的分析方法。
A method of accurate and Simultantous analysis of 17 amino Acids and thio amino acids within a period of 50 min under protective agent by performic acid oxidation and HCl hydrotysis is introducod. The new method has been compared with the classical performic acid oxidation method and the method of 6M HCl, 24hour hydrolysis under N_2 atmosphere in a seated tube. The new method is superior than the other two.
