摘要
记录了三种常见的开式齿轮的齿形进行磨粒磨损对比实验的数据,将这些数据画成图表,并对这些数据和图表进行分析。实验是在低速(N=150r/min,V=0.66 m/s)重载(σ_H=660~870 MPa)磨粒含量较多(7.6%)的开式齿轮实验台上进行的。实验和分析结果证明,无论在磨损量,磨损率以及轮齿表面磨损量分布方面,复合齿形比渐开线齿形优越。
The data of the comparative test of three profile wearing capacity in the presence of an abrasive is recorded, and expressed by figures and tables which are analyzed. The results show that in the abrasion wear and specific wearability or dustribution of abrasion value over the profile suface the involute-cycloid composite tooth profile is better than other profile under the condition of low speed, full load and hight content of abrasive.
