摘要
提出了氧乙炔焰铝丝喷涂普碳钢灼勺工艺及适宜喷涂参数。通过大量试验证明,喷涂诸参数是正确可靠的,从而保证了铝涂层在炒勺腹面上的最佳结合强度。喷铝结果,提高了炒勺的使用寿命,改善了使用效果。
This article expounds Al coatint technology and parameter chosce by analysing the oxyacetylene heat Al coating of iron frying Pan. By large amounts experiments, correctness and reliability about Al coating parameter are proved. In this way the best combining intensity between the Al coating and the surface of frying pan can be obtained the article expounds the advantage of iron frying pan of Al coating too.
