摘要
用不同批次、不同剂量、不同保存时间的猪细小病毒N株弱毒苗接种豚鼠 ,观察豚鼠对PPVN株弱毒苗的抗体反应。结果 4种不同剂量和 3个不同批次的PPVN株弱毒苗接种豚鼠后第 14天均产生抗体反应 ,其PPVHI效价在 1∶16～ 1∶6 4之间 ,0 .1ml和 1ml剂量接种豚鼠产生的PPVHI抗体水平相近 ,抗体持续长达 12个月以上。在 4℃保存 0天、12个月和 - 2 0℃保存 2年、3年的PPVN株弱毒苗接种豚鼠 ,其PPVHI价在 1∶16～ 1∶32之间 ,说明该苗在 4℃至少能保存 12个月 ,- 2 0℃能保存 3年以上。比较了不同批次疫苗接种猪和豚鼠所产生的抗体反应 ,结果两者相似。用 3批引起豚鼠产生抗体反应的PPVN株弱毒苗接种 76 8头后备母猪 ,共产仔 7136头 ,其中健活仔 6 5 75头 ,平均每窝产健活仔 8.5 6头 ,产死仔仅 0 .73头。证明豚鼠是监测PPV弱毒苗抗体的首选实验动物。
The antibody responses to attenated vaccine of porcine parvovirus N strain were detected in guinea_pigs with different batchs,doses and preservative times.The PPV HI antibody was detected in all guinea_pigs at 14 days post_inoculation(PI)and PPV HI antibody titres were between 1:16_1:64;it was found that the level of PPV HI antibody with 0.1ml doses was similar to that with 1ml and the antibody titers were lasting over 12 months.The HI antibody titres of guinea_pigs were between 1:16_1:32 after PPC N strain were preserved 0 day and 12 months at 4℃ or 2 and 3 years at -20℃.It showed that PPV N strain can be preserved at least 12 months at 4℃ and 3 years at -20℃.Sows and guines_pigs were inoculated with the same batch vaccine and there were similar PPV HIantibody titers.768v heads of sows were vaccinated with 3 batches of PPV N strains which could cause antibody responses in guinea_pigs.7136 heads of piglets were delivered tolally.There were 6556 heads of healthy pigs with a average of 8.8 per sow;there were 581 heads of stillbird and mummified fetuses with a average of only 0.76per sow.These results suggest that guinea_pigs should be the most important experimental animals monitoring PPV IH antibody of attenuated PPV vaccine.
