摘要
学校低效管理是学校管理过程中的复杂性因素造成的。解决学校低效管理的策略是:1.确定学校管理的短期目标;2.关注管理中的各种因素,及时鉴别出初始敏感性因素;3.改变思维方式,重新设计权力使用形式;4.使学校成为自组织系统;5.利用学校中的影子系统,使学校进入创新性空间。
Low efficiency of school management is caused by many complex factors in t he process of school management.To solve this problem,w e can adopt the following measures:1)determining a short -term objective for the school management;2)paying attention to the various factors in the management and distinguis hing in time the initial sensible factors;3)changing the way of thinking and redesigning the form of applying power;4)making the school a system of self -organiza tion;5)entering the school into a space of in novation.
