摘要
应用高渗氯化钾抽提法获取膜蛋白,借助于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶薄层等电聚焦技术对多种卵巢癌蛋白成分进行了分析,发现卵巢癌细胞膜蛋白与卵巢瘤和正常卵巢细胞均不相同,其中酸生蛋白成分相对增加;同时发现粘液性囊腺癌所特有的肿瘤蛋白质,其等电点为pH4.6～4.9。
The membranous proteins of cancer ovariom cells were extracted byhypertonic potassium chloride solution and was analyzed by means of EEF on polyacrylamide gel (PAG). The composition of the-protein in ovarian cancer much more containing acid portion differed from that of benign tumor as well as that of normal tissue of the same origin. We also found that the mucinous cystadenocarcinoma possesses its own protein which P1 is pH4.6 to 4.9 .
