摘要
本文介绍一种改良的SOS显色法即SOS微量显色法。它是在Quillardet标准操作程序的基础上通过引入微量板、酶标仪、改变显色剂、调整试验条件等一系列变动而完成的。并用它对十二种化学物进行了测定,从可靠性、敏感性、稳定性等方面与标准法进行了比较,发现SOS微量法不仅保留了原法的全部优点而且更为简便、快速、敏感。
An improved SOS microassay system was developed on the basis of standard procedures of SOS chromotest by introducing a different colour reagent-Xgal, a microplate, a spectrophotometer, and changed experimental condition. The SOS microassay proved to be faster and more sensitive than the standard method, as confirmed by means of parallel analysis of as many as 12 different chemicals. The simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity of the method makes it suitable for routine use in screening chemical substances of potential genotoxicity.
