摘要
目前大学的科研定量评价指标体系离建立适合中国国情、比较全面合理 ,又赢得公认的科研评价与排序指标体系的目标还差很远。进行大学科研定量评价指标设置时 ,必须遵循整体性、公正性、操作性、战略性原则 ,在进行科研定量评价指标权重设置时 ,应遵循激励性、基础性、重要性原则。
There are various limitations in setting up measures of the quantative evaluation to scientific research in university. This demands us to improve it perfectly. It takes a long way for us to get to the point,which can not only fit Chinese situation but also be recognized by the public. And now,if we want to realize our intention,we must follow the strategic principles which are unified,equitable and operational be in setting up the measures of the quantitative evaluation for scientific research in university and also we must implement the invigorative,basic and important principes in doing this research.
