摘要
二甲基呋喃酮(HDMF)是一种菠萝香精,自1973年美国人工合成以来一直做为“公认安全”的食品添加剂广泛用于食品、烟草、化妆品和医药工业等方面。本文发现该品在SOS显色试验、枯草杆菌重组试验及OK果蝇致畸试验中均呈阳性结果,对其安全性提出质疑。
Furancol is a flavor extractod from pineapple in 1965 and generally recognized as safe(GRAS)for direct addition to human foods, tobaccos, soft drinks,cosmatics and pharmaceutical industry. It's Code NO. is FEMA: 3174; COE: 536. Xing (1988)found that it was mutagonic in several short-term test systems. In present paper we found it was mutagenic once more in SOS chromotest Rec-Assey and teratogenic in rapid assessment of Drosophila Melanogaster Oregon Kstrain. Our laboratory call on attention of the importance of doing further mutagenicity and teratogenicity test on furancol.
