摘要
随着微电子技术的发展,数控系统的故障诊断技术由简单的诊断朝着多功能的高级诊断或智能化方向发展,不同的数控系统虽然在结构和性能上有所区别,但在故障诊断上有其共性。熟悉和掌握数控系统诊断的方法,对提高故障诊断效率很有帮助。本文介绍了在CNC系统中常用的诊断方法以及当前诊断技术的发展情况。
There are different structure and performance in different CNC systems, meanwhile there is some-thing in common in their diagnosis technology. With the development of microelectronics technology, the trouble di-agnosis technology has been developing from simple period to advanced period——multifunctional and intelligent di-agnosis . It is helpful to increase the efficiency of the diagnosis to be familiar with the method of the trouble diagnosisof CNC systems and master it. The paper describes the diagnosis technology of CNC systems in common use and itsdevelopment.
