摘要
采用模拟计算技术研究废气再循环对柴油机性能和排放的影响 ,并通过实验加以验证 模拟计算和实验结果均表明废气再循环可以显著降低NOx 排放 ,同时对柴油机性能也产生影响 柴油机的NOx 排放随着EGR率的增加而显著降低 ,但柴油机的运转参数对废气再循环的作用也有一定影响 ,不同负荷时NOx 排放的变化情况不同 ,柴油机性能的变化也不同 在高负荷时 ,NOx排放下降较明显 ,同时柴油机性能恶化也较严重 同时经实验验证 ,使用GT POWER软件建立的计算模型有足够的计算精度 。
The effect of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR) on the performance and emissions of the turbo charging diesel engine is studied numerically and tested experimentally. Both simulation and experimental results show that EGR can reduce NO x emission evidently while affecting the performance of engine. The working parameters also have effects on the performance of EGR. The changes of NO x emission and engine performance are different with engine load altering. Compared to the experimental results, it shows that the simnlation model gives enough calculation precision to predict the performance and emissions of the engine.
