摘要
微穿孔板吸声结构具有吸声系数高、吸收频带宽等优点 ,广泛应用于噪声控制的各个领域 根据马大猷的微穿孔吸声理论 ,总结了微穿孔板吸声结构的吸声原理 ,并用基于此理论的计算结果与在低频、中频驻波管中实验的结果进行对比 ,得到了比较满意的结果 采用微穿孔板吸声结构 ,进行汽车发动机隔声降噪模拟实验 ,结果表明 ,微穿孔板吸声结构具有良好的降噪功能 微穿孔板吸声结构的吸声性能的初步研究 。
Micro perforated panel is widely used because of its high sound absorption coefficient and wide absorption frequency. In this paper, based on Maa's theory, the theory of micro perforated panel(MPP) absorber is summarized, a comparison between the calculated result and the testing result for intermediate and lower frequency standing wave tubes is made. Through experiments of MPP, satisfactory results are obtained. Using the micro perforated panel absorber, we carry out simulation experiments to absorb and reduce the noise from the vehicle engine. The results of the simulation experiments show that the micro perforated panel absorber has good sound absorption.
