摘要
介绍了室内农业机械牵引力负载模拟系统的组成、主要关键技术参数的设计及选择 ,详细介绍了电液施力伺服系统和计算机自动控制加载技术及动态品质因数指标分析 系统通过增加弹簧缓冲机构 ,提高了在多种波形的牵引力动态模拟加载时的动态响应范围 本系统负载力在 5 0~ 10 0 0 0N范围内 ,加载频率在 - 3dB时 ,带宽为 15Hz ,适用于 15kW以内农业机械的室内负载模拟试验 在使用本系统对湖南 - 12拖拉机进行施加扭矩和牵引力载荷 ,并且模拟交变动载的可靠性、耐久性试验后 ,可以看出本系统能较好地反映出被测试机械的运行情况 ,达到了系统设计和工作的要求
Introduce a traction load simulation system for indoor paddy field machine and the design and selection of key technology parameters, with emphasis on the electric hydraulic servo system and computer autocontrol loading technique with its analyzing system for dynamic quality factors. By using spring damping mechanism, we can improve the dynamic response spectrum under the multifarious curve traction dynamic analogy loading condition. The loading force of the system is in the range of 50~10000N, and its frequency is 3dB with bandwidth 15Hz. It can be applied to the indoors loading analogy experiment of agricultural mechanics. By using the system to exert twisting torque and traction load toward Hunan 12 tractor and to simulate the reliability and endurance experiment under altering load condition, we show that the system represents well the running condition of tested mechanics and meets the demand of system design. The system can replace traditional outdoors experimental system of agricultural mechanics.
