摘要
推导了用于机械密封环温度场计算的有限元方程 ,并编制了相应的计算软件 通过试验和理论计算研究了转速和密封面宽度对密封环端面温度的影响 通过分析发现 ,转速和密封面宽度都是影响端面温升的重要因素 ,采用窄的密封面 。
FEM equations are derived and software is worked out for the calculation of temperature field on mechanical seal ring. By experiments and theoretical calculation the effects of rotate speed and seal face width on the temperature increase of sealing ring's end face have been studied . The results show that both the rotate speed and the seal face width are the dominant factors on seal face temperature increase. The narrow face width can significantly reduce the heat
