摘要
研究了常压下聚N -乙烯基 2 -吡咯烷酮 (PVP)保护的铂金属簇催化剂催化间苯氧基苯甲醛 (醚醛 )加氢制备高纯间苯氧基苯甲醇 (醚醇 )的反应。结果表明 ,PVP/Pt可以高选择性地催化醚醛加氢生成醚醇。在常压、40℃、n(醚醛 ) /n(催化剂 ) =112 8时 ,反应 15h可获得质量分数大于 99%的高纯醚醇。该实验条件下 ,反应温度和氢气压力变化对反应速率没有明显影响 ,提高催化剂浓度可明显提高醚醛转化速率。
Poly( N -vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)(PVP)protected nanoclusters of platinum was used as catalysts in the hydrogenation of m -phenoxy benzaldehyde(MPBD)to form high purity m -phenoxy benzalcohol(MPBA).The results demonstrate that PVP/Pt displays high selectivity to MPBA.The reaction rate did not change significantly with The increase of the reaction temperature and hydrogen pressure.The conversion rate of MPBD raised significantly with increasing concentration of the catalyst.High purity MPBA(>99 0%)was obtained after 15 h of reaction at 40 ℃ and a n (MPBD)/ n (catalyst)of 1128.
