摘要
为了满足阻燃要求和保证RTM专用树脂的工艺性能 ,本文采取在RTM专用树脂中添加氢氧化铝和磷酸三 (2 ,3 二氯丙基 )酯的方法。结果表明 ,当在RTM专用树脂中添加 7%的氢氧化铝和 8%~ 10 %的磷酸三 (2 ,3 二氯丙基 )酯以后 ,树脂的粘度可保持在 5 40Pa·s以下 ,仍可满足RTM的工艺要求。按照此配比生产的特殊用包装箱体材料 ,其燃烧性能可以达到离火 2s自熄的水平 ,弯曲性能仍可保留 80 %以上。
In this paper,Al(OH) 3 and Tri(2,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate was added in the specific RTM resin in order to adapt the properties of flame resistance and RTM process to the package case.It was proved that the resin viscosity was below 540Pa.s and suitable for processing when RTM resin was added with 7% Al(OH) 3 and 8 to 10% Tri(2,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate.The composite package case made according to this formula passed burning test and fire extinguished within 2 seconds.
