稀土催化低温熔融渗硫工艺及渗硫层组织形貌 被引量:9

Low Temperature Sulphurizing with Rare Earth Addition

摘要 利用稀土的催渗作用开发出一种低温熔融渗硫新工艺 ,采用XRD、SEM分析了硫化层的微观结构和表面形貌 ,并测定了其抗蚀性和显微硬度值。结果表明 ,采用该含复合稀土渗剂可较大幅度提高S在钢铁表面的渗速 ,以 980℃低温淬火 +2 10℃低温回火态Cr12钢为基体 ,190℃下渗硫 6h即可获得厚约 10 μm的渗硫层 ;且渗层厚度随渗硫时间增加而增加 ,其变化趋势呈抛物线型动力学曲线关系。稀土的催渗作用同其加入量有关 ,渗硫剂中复合添加 5 % (质量分数 )左右的稀土化合物效果最佳。渗硫层组织疏松多孔 ,主要由FeS ,FeS2 相构成 ,其与基体结合良好 ,硬度较低 (约Hmv30 0左右 ) 。 An new technology of low temperature liquid sulphurizing was studied by using rare earth compound as catalyzer. The anti-corrosive property of the sulfide layer was investigated. By means of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction XRD and micro-hardness metery, the morphology, structure and hardness of the sulfide were analyzed. The results show that the rare earth addition has a significant catalytic effect during low temperature liquid sulphurizing, and the corrosion-resistance of the sulfide layer is also improved after sulphurzing. On the surface of Cr12 steel which is quenched at 980 ℃ and tempered at 210 ℃,sulphrizing film about 10 μm can be gotten with this reagent containing rare earth compound at 190 ℃, 6 h. As the process is prolonged, the sulfide layer is thickened according with parabolic kinetics curve. The catalytic power of rare earth compound can be varied with their addition content. In this experiment, the sulphurizing reagent with rare earth mixture about 5% (mass fraction) gives a better result. The sulfide layer is a soft and porous phase, which has a low micro-hardness about Hmv300 and integrated with Cr12 steel matrix strongly. The result of XRD shows that the sulfide layer is composed of FeS, FeS_2 phase.
